Hey y’all, this feels so embarrassing to post but I’m not able to go to a doctor and just wanted to see if anyone else has had anything similar happen (this is not me seeking a diagnosis). A little over a week ago, I had what I thought was a pimple show up on my labia. I’ve had them before, although pretty rarely (maybe 2-3 in my entire life). Well, it’s been over a week and it hasn’t changed in size or had a head appear. It’s super painful and swollen, but it looks like there’s pus underneath.
I know for a fact this is not an STD. I have not been sexually active in over a year and have had an STD panel come back clean. I shaved a few days before this happened, so I thought maybe it was just an ingrown hair, but I’ve checked and there’s no hair. While I was in the shower tonight I noticed that a second, smaller one has appeared as well.
Could this just be acne?? At what point should I be getting worried??
