cervical biopsy

hi! im getting a cervical biopsy tomorrow and i’m so nervous about it. my primary dr referred me to get one done because my pap smear test results came back with “Atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance, cannot exclude high grade”. i would just like to hear everyone else’s experience with it getting done so i kind of have an idea of what i’m going into. also, ive heard that they don’t do any type of numbing or local anesthesia. is this true or does it just depend on the obgyn? thank you in advance :)
