help

I am SO itchy inside of the vaginal opening, any ideas?? Not sexually active, no other symptoms that relate to yeast/bacterial infections? Ive had it happen a couple times before and it just went away. This time specifically happened after a menstrual cycle, but I cant remember the other times unfortunately… unsure if related
