It hurts to cum

This might not be the place to put this but I don’t know where else to ask. I’m a girl and it hurts near my clit when I cum. I only ever do clitoral stimulation and the pain is coming from under my clit. It doesn’t feel like it’s my uterus or vagina or anything, it kinda feels like it’s in my urethra. It feels like someone is pushing a plastic stick up a tube in my body. It’s only happened the past few days while I’ve been on my period so I don’t know if it will only happen when I am on my period and will go away. It’s annoying because there is no pain until I am at the tipping point and literally can not turn back and prevent it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop the pain? Or any explanation on why the pain is occurring?
