Pain in ovary after orgasm?

So I've noticed lately (maybe the past month or so) that every time I have an orgasm I will have a sharp pain in my right ovary that will fade to a dull achy tight feeling after I'm done and last a hour or so.

Obviously this is a question for an obgyn but the lack of health insurance is making that alittle difficult. Anyone experience this as well? Any thoughts on what it could be?

Side note: if it even matters I do have a pretty weak pelvic floor since having my last daughter, I have had heavy periods since having her as well. I had a ultrasound done A little over a year ago and was told everything looks fine but I know that could change between then and now.
