Possible BV literally 24-36 hours after?

Hooked up with someone new (with a condom!) and literally within 24 hours noticed strange bloody discharge and smell of cat litter… yet to be confirmed BV but could this even develop that fast??

Only other thing I can think of is used a free tampon from work the day prior, maybe it had chemicals that weren’t in my usual brand?

So confused and frustrated.
