STD question

So I had sex about 2 or 3 weeks ago it was unprotected. It hurt when it happened and a little bit after but like should it still be hurting???? I mean it just hurts down there especially when I pee. Should I get tested or just put ice on it??? I don’t have any bumps besides a couple ingrown hairs so I’m honestly really confused and everything looks normal. I’m freaking out a little because it was literally only one time in my entire life I’ve ever had unprotected sex with someone I didn’t know if they were clean but I was convinced into it because I’ve known this guy since high school. I was clean before him so if something does pop up do I have to tell him I mean he gave it to me shouldn’t he know??
