Help

How do you deals with recurrent uti. I had been using a body wash (it's heavily scented) to wash my buttocks (lol I'm sorry it makes me feel clean and fresh) woke up with a uti. Lol that's my mistake but in future how do I deal with recurrent utis. It's making me depressed
